divazshoe Thanks for choosing my closet all our shoes are brand new they all came from our shoe botique that we closed down if there is a scuff on the heel it must have been an oversight didnt notice it sorry about that hopefully you will do another purchase and we can give you a bigger discount to compensate 😀
