marissall28 I’m sorry but the bundle offer I received from you for the 9 items is way too low....that puts each item at $4.77 and since I lose 20% to poshmark fees that’s only $3.81/item. Additionally I have the jacket listed at $45 and your bundle offer was for $43. Not sure if a typo was made. I’ve counteroffered my lowest. xcrunnergirl @grace81819 hey, I am hoping they give me a refund. They wanted to give me posh credit. I am not happy with poshmark and want to take a break from shopping here. I am confused what is going on as well, I declined the credit. They have not give a label or anything for a return. I don’t know what they are going to do about the lost stuff. I don’t understand why they only offer a credit. I should also be offered a refund. It’s not your fault but I did not receive most of the items.

xcrunnergirl I am being honest your not supposed to use 2 labels. I only received one package and it was the Nike shoes and the ring. I can’t help they are taking so long to resolve the issue. Why are you attacking me I never attacked you for making a mistake that anyone could make. The post office probably did not send the other one out because you can’t reuse labels. You pay for one label you get one label. Plus packages get lost in the mail. I have no idea what happened. But don’t attack me.

I order from poshmark for years and this is the first time I have had a missing package. I promise you I am not lying. I could turn things around on you and say you never even shipped the items. xcrunnergirl @grace81819 really disappointed for how you have been treating me. I have reached out to poshmark and asked them to resolve as soon as possible. Poshmark has to fix the issue. Like I have expressed in the past I hope they will do something for you as well. But it’s normal to want your money back for not getting what you purchased. A post office can only track 1 package with that label. Because again you can’t use the label twice!!!

I also get a receipt when scanned - that was my mistake / if u don’t have all of them then why would u get a refund for everything and I get two items back I ask posh to plz find the missing items . They refunded the whole purchase and I believe the seller got her money to because it was broken in the mail. I don’t know why they are being so hard.

xcrunnergirl To keep you in the loop I disputed the purchase on my credit card. I told them poshmark just sends generic emails. I told my credit card I received only a small portion of my order. You are out stuff/profit. I am out of stuff/money. But now poshmark will be forced to deal with the issue because if they don’t they won’t get their money. Posh make is the only one that is sitting pretty good right now because they have my money that I paid. And holding the money of the purchase you sold.

xcrunnergirl @grace81819 I really don’t know they should have to. They should have some kind of insurance. I am going to be honest I don’t think poshmark has even read through our case. They just glance and be like just do a return. They need to make right by both of us. They should let you have your earnings and just refund me my money instead of posh credit that does not even Equal to the amount of money spent.
