@sdifraia I did receive an email and they told me to follow the steps on email but I did not have the option to mark wrong order delivered as instructed.

@cbeach1 if you go to your purchases, then click on the jeans, there should be an option “report a problem”, then click on “wrong item sent”. Hopefully that helps. I just want to make sure to get the right jeans to you in a timely matter. This process takes longer than it should.
