scbfletcher Hi! I hope you are having a great weekend. I bought your Tory Burch size 8 ballet flats. Unfortunately I received and they are really big. I have 2 other pairs of these same flats in different colors, also size 8 and they fit perfect. Is there any chance you sent me a different size - could these be 8.5? They will not stay on my feet so aren’t wearable. Thanks!

courtneytitley @scbfletcher Hello! Hope your weekend is going well too! I'm so sorry to hear they arnt fitting though!!! They are definitely 8s, I had another pair of the Minnies that are 8s and they fit pretty identical to eachother. I will say I have tried on a pair Tory Burch recently in store and the sizes seemed a little different but they werent the Minnies. I got the pair you got and the other ones the same year so they might have changed sizing wise but I'm honestly not sure!

courtneytitley @scbfletcher I'm bummed they don't fit you, they are such cute shoes! If you wanted to resell them I wont be offended or anything, you could probably sell them for more to be honest. I priced them lower more or less to make room in my closet for new shoes haha.
