mrs_dipaolo hey! you bought the field trainer from me, I just saw your comment. I keep trying to post my email address but it won't let me. make sure to read the manual because this one works a little differently than most, which is why I liked it.

mrs_dipaolo make sure you let it charge completely, it should have a green light I think when it's done. the remote may need a battery itself but after that is replaced it should be good. I don't think there is a light or beep indicating it's on when it's not connected to the charger
