brianne2222 Hi Courtney I sincerely apologize but I sent you the wrong order. You receive an email with information on how to open a formal request to return this item. Once you open the request, poshmark will be able to issue you a return shipping label to ship the wrong item you received back to me. Again I am so sorry for the mistake and any frustration this might cause. I completely understand if you wish to cancel the order, if not, I will do my best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

cubsfan16 @brianne2222 they’re telling me I’m out of luck. They released the funds to you before I even received the wrong package. The email I received from them when you first told them you sent the wrong package said once i receive the item to file the complaint. They released the funds before i received it and now they emailed me and said I didn’t file a complaint in time. I’m sorry but I’m frustrated and don’t know what more to do.

Unfortunately, it looks like the buyer has been unresponsive to our emails and did not file a formal case on within the given time frame, therefore your funds were automatically released to you. Please note that it is highly unlikely that the item will be delivered back to you.

brianne2222 Please also note, we are unable to force the buyer to return this item as the onus is on the seller to ensure all their sales are packaged and sent to the correct buyer. Moving forward, we ask that you make sure to double check all shipping label placement to avoid future accidents.
