courtneystarrxo @itcloths i didnt want to leave a negative comment so i thought the 3 star rating was fair. The shampoo wasnt closed and was a lot poured into the box and on the other products. Also when i went to use it it was all clumpy (not sure why). I dont want a refund, its ok. Thank u

itcloths Sorry that happened, I wrapped things tightly in a firm box. I had never used the shampoo so I didn’t anticipate leaking. The product was was fairly new from Ulta so I’m not sure about why it was clumped? With that being said, I feel that all I could do is offer a refund.
