wildloveco If you had an issue, you received a business card with my email and phone number! I’m sorry how else should someone ship an item ?? The item was shipped in a USPS box next time I’ll be sure to add lots of flowery tissue paper and bubble wrap 🙄

courtneyburk749 @shampoo_dealer just a baggie or something around the bottle would’ve been nice. I’m not asking for anything special but it was almost open and could’ve very easily leaked everywhere
