@thriftygirl2415 yes I've called the post office and filed a complaint. I would still like the order if it's possible, or of you ran out of specific shampoos, then get multiple of another

@thriftygirl2415 it says to go to account tab, then my sales, select the order, select problems/order inquiry, select shipped but not tracking, submit your report. The way this reads the seller does this. Am I wrong?

@courtneygeor555 I already did that. The last time I had a lost package the buyer contacted posh. But I just sent them a message so maybe that will work. This happened during Christmas too.
