djlamb1996 Hi, I saw you received the Birkenstock sandals today. All you have to do is adjust the straps to make them tighter. The footbed of the sandal is wide. That is the way they are made. I hope this helps. I only wore them a handful of times no more than an hour at a time. I could not get use to them.
