Hello, I noticed you left only 4 stars and felt there was room for improvement. I’m surprised by each of the points you felt were lacking. In particular the “cleanliness”. I always ensure my items are clean and in the best condition possible. I ensure my items are packaged with care and well protected for transport. The item was also shipped in just over 24hrs. So what exactly were the issues?
