biggrinz14 what have you heard? I’ve messaged Poshmark numerous times . the other buyer is being patient I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do they keep tell me to ship the other order which isn’t complete because I sent her shorts to you. Your initial statement mentioned I’d already sent them to her but I’ve explain to them that’s when I realized I didn’t have the shorts and hadn’t sent anything to the other buyer it’s all a simple mistake I’m just hoping they’ve mentioned something to you

court2315 @biggrinz14 no, I haven’t heard anything from them. I’m hoping they email a return shipment and I can just send back the shorts. Can I send the white ones back as well? They’re children’s size small and not women’s and don’t fit at all 🤣

biggrinz14 what is taking them so long? I'm so sorry you couldn't give them to your husband for his birthday. orders were so similar to each other I obviously didn't double-check. the return label is supposed to be covered under their guarantee. I'm not sure why they're hesitating? The white shorts how could you tell (besides putting them on) who they are for? I cant. I'm ok with return , POSHMARK must ok so you get your $ cause they won't refund for wrong size.

court2315 @biggrinz14 it’s okay! I’ll just keep them, the ch after the size is for child’s, I didn’t realize either 🤣 I’m going to just pack the box up and return it on my own if I don’t hear from them by Friday. I hope the other buyer isn’t upset, I’m happy no big deal just a mistake.

biggrinz14 I’m definitely gonna make it up to you! You were getting them for your husband‘s birthday & I sent the wrong ones....Ugh🤪. That was the worst time possible. & honestly it was my fault 100%. The only positive is I now know how Poshmark handles things hopefully I will better prepared. Well I can try to relax now😉
