Hi Courtney. Thank you for visiting my closet. I just got the bag out to wrap and saw it has a damaged spot. In fact, this is the second Bueno bag I have found with the same type cracking. I am going to remove all the bueno bags from my listings. If you see another bag you like, $15 or less, I will substitute it foe the one you bought. Otherwise I will cancel. Let me know what you would like me to do.

I looked at your store and you have some really nice things, but I didn't see a bag that I was interested in. So please issue a refund at this time.
