Yes I did release payment as I thought that was what I was supposed to do when it showed delivered. I’m new to this. I had not completed the review because I had not received the shoes. I was going to complete review upon pickup. To date I have not received slip from my postal service about shoes. Is there anything I can do on my end in the meantime? I do apologize for all the confusion. Thank you for your follow through.

@arobinson4444 I would contact Poshmark support. I know USPS is running slower than they already do b/c of Covid but since it shows it has been delivered & you accepted the order I am not sure what Poshmark will do. FYI in the future never release funds until you have the item in your possession. Do your packages arrive somewhere where they could have been stolen? Thanks

@arobinson4444 did u get an email tiday from poshmark? They have determined the package is lost in transit and will be refunding you. They will also be paying me too since I did ship the shoes. Thanks
