mrgoodkat1 I'm so sorry you were not happy with your purchase. I have a 5-star rating and would have been happy to answer any questions you had prior to purchasing. To be fair though, the color is listed clearly listed as black, and they are a men's size XS as reflected in the mfg size chart, which is also posted in the listing. craigmenzie @mrgoodkat1 Sorry that I missed that on the color. There is no way these are Men's XS as my skinny runt 8th grader that has a 26" waist cannot get in them.

mrgoodkat1 @craigmenzie my son was in 8th grade, a string-bean, had a 26-27" waist and they fit him great, so I'm not sure why these don't fit your kiddo. Bummer. Maybe next time try asking for measurements and/or questions ahead of time instead of dinging the seller's rating :-(. I've been selling on Posh for since 2016 and this is only the second time I have received less than a 4-5 star rating and it's because the buyer did not ask questions prior to purchase.
