cree_marx @laurelsiemasko yes I shipped it 12 hours ago as of now (3:37 a.m PST) so it may just be processing still! I apologize for that, I’ll be keeping an eye on the status as well. Please let me know if the status doesn’t change on your end and I’ll contact the postal office your item was sent to!
