eirenemaeve hello, i just wanted to touch base on your offer. i will accept it. want you to know that i restored the skirt to the original by replacing the four elastics at the waist. waist is 15" elastic contracted. my mistake by not updating the listing. very sorry. let me know if you still want it. thanks.
