jackielear Site is not accepting lower price for shoes with discount shipping for some reason. I did it and submitted for you as asked. I'm not sure why it won't send or change when I look at my account of dropped price offer. I can't spend more time figuring it out for a good deal, so either submit a purchase or I'll just take shoes down and move on.
