thebohogoddess Hi there, so sorry about the Jean mix up! I've been trying to get customer support to give me any info on how to send the pair you originally wanted. I've gotten no info &the original listing is still marked as sold. I wanted to send you a private offer on it with free shipping at a discounted price to make up for the mix-up. It won't even allow me to do that or edit the "sold" listing. Any ideas?

louiesplace Hi Chris I deleted the boots before I saw your question. From the top of the heel to the top of the boot they are 10.5". The heel is 3/34. If you are interested I will relist. I should have waited before I took them off.

jffaulkner21 You are NOT an honest seller --- you sent me a long sleeve dress and anybody in their right might would know that what you sent me was a full sleeve dress. You said "half sleeve" and the pictures shows the elbow. The dress I received was hit well below my wrist. You are dishonest and stole money from be by lying to me and lying to poshmarK. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
