I am so sorry if you feel like the item was not completely clean, but I did do my best and cleaned the entire case out with Clorox wipes! Although it is was lightly used and there was only so much I could do to make it look like new, I just wanted to sincerely apologize if you feel like it wasn't cleaned adequately!

calighirl209 @shoptilidrop723 the makeup box is very nice and almost new. basically there was some sort of animal hair inside. I honestly believe it's just an oversight. No regrets on my purchase.
