jazzprez23238 @cristiana78 ok. Can you describe the package you shipped the shoes? Was it in a standard rectangular USPS priority box? I can shared that info with my mail carrier and hopefully he will keep a look out for it too.

I just received an update that they will be issuing you a refund, as the package has stopped tracking and is most likely lost by USPS. My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience, I think you would love the shoes! I have a few others left in your size. All the best! :)
