cristin2000 @isabelle_m244 hello! Check your emails, there maybe one to walk you through the process. Check your account on the bottom right side of the screen and “my sales” maybe that has the links you need. They will put the labels together for you which includes the shipping price. You attached it to the box and drop it off at the post office. You then let them know you’ve mailed it and they should get you the money.Again, check your emails and see what they’ve sent you.
