The sweater was shown on a women's size 10 mannequin, and the measurements of the sweater were included in the listing. I noticed you rated seller responsiveness, and was wondering if you could please elaborate on that? I did not receive any communication from you about a problem. Again, I am sorry that you were unhappy with your purchase and hope I can help resolve this issue.
