I just wanted to let you know that your order from my closet did ship out yesterday- I’m not sure why the tracking information has not updated yet, I will wait another 24 hours before filing an inquiry with US Postal but hopefully it’s just on the way & it just has not updated due to an internal error or something. tay761 Hi there! I saw you purchased an item of mine - the storybook palette to be exact. The listing should've been updated to sold... Lol not sure what happened there. I do have another one, however the mirror cracked as I was moving it. But otherwise it's brand new, never used/swatched. Please let me know if you're interested. I had issues with my local post office in regards to them letting me put the shoe box in a separate box for shipping although it’s required out of USPS. So the shoes will be mailed in the shoe box itself. If you have any issues with the shipment. Please note that in the review when you receive the shipment! I apologize for any issues for anything that occurs during shipment.

johnsonmarinah The shoe box may not be in prime condition when it arrives but the shoes should be entirely unaffected. And, if you would like to return the item, I will gladly accept that! Again I apologize for this as I always try and ensure the quality of not just the shoes but the shoe box as well. I have already made a formal complaint and did everything on my end to make sure that this does not happen again!
