cmuy @believer13 oh my gosh that’s terrible. I’ve experienced power loss in the past for that long in hot weather and it’s horrible! I just saw a message from NYC that ConEd was distributing dry ice. Have they gotten other help?

believer13 @cmuy we have PSEGLI not sure haven’t asked all of them - they have been told it might be until this coming Friday I feel terrible - we live on Long Island - it’s not shocking - the worst part is I feel for the people that need electric for oxygen or I use drug nebulizers - terrible 😭my church has a food pantry - I know too many people that have extreme pride though

cmuy @believer13 same! I feel for the sick, elderly & children. It is hard for ppl to put aside pride & that’s hard because that when you need your community most. NY is not used to or prepared for storms. My cousin is in NJ and a ton of folks lost power and still don’t have. 2020 has been a whirlwind for sure.
