grace1954 Hi I purchased your Gucci wallet earlier this week. It’s says it was delivered but I didn’t receive it. I have alerted Poshmark. I just wanted to let you know why it is still pending acceptance. Hopefully it will be i the mailbox today.

grace1954 @pcristina3100 I still haven’t received my wallet. USPS scanned it as delivered but it wasn’t in my mailbox. I’m guessing he put it in the wrong slot. I was hoping by the weekend one of my neighbors would have it and bring it over. I have heard nothing. I have kept Posh informed also.

I just saw the other canvas Gucci sold I went to your site to purchase it😞 I don’t know what Posh is going to do but I’m still interested if you get another one please tag me. pcristina3100 @grace1954 I’m really sorry about that. If you would have told me I could have saved it for you. I have contacted Poshmark serveral items as well and I am going to keep contacting them about the package. I did read somewhere because I did some research that in this case they are supposed to compensate the both of us since it is out of our hands if you have any update please let me know and if I get any word I will let you know as well

grace1954 @pcristina3100 they marked it delivered so they have paid you which is their policy which I’m glad about. Our mail system is going to pots, I’m so disappointed. I have sold items that were marked as delivered and the buyer didn’t receive them. I think our deliverer put it in the wrong mail slot. Keep me posted on Gucci wallets and again thank you!

grace1954 @pcristina3100 they sent an email saying if I hadn’t received it by August 25 to respond and let them know. I’ve never ran into this so I don’t know what to expect but they’ve assured me they have a Policy in place. I’m sure they will handle it professionally.. they may need to change from USPS until this upheaval is over???
