swrlgrl105 @mliso0102 thank you! I will resubmit, but you mentioned all in ones.. so before I do, I want to be sure you know these are Pockets. I hated the microfiber inserts they all came with so I use the cotton prefolds as inserts (wash way better and more absorbent in my opinion!).

swrlgrl105 @mliso0102 i hope you love them! The charlie Banana's have a bra strap type adjuster for size and the Alvas have the snaps for growth. I loved them both... hope you get lots of use out of them. So what I will do is package them all up tonight and take them to the PO to get weighed, and them request a heavier shipping label from Poshmark. I will try to mail them out tomorrow but might not be until Saturday morning :)

swrlgrl105 I just heard back from customer service and they said that they dont issue labels over 10 lbs and we would need to cancel the order and split it so each one is under 10 lbs, so splitting in two would work. I'm still relatively new to this and haven't sold anything this heavy so I didnt know. I really appologize for the confusion, I really do. If you want to cancel and then re offer on both to total $250 we can then ship right away. Thank you so much for your patience!!

caustic21 Hi Cristina, I bought a pair of hiking boots from you in October. I was excited as they were exactly what I was looking for. However. I wore them for the second time today and they are completely falling apart. All of the seams on both boots are separating from the rubber bottom of the boot. Is there anything that I can do to return or settle this issue?

swrlgrl105 @caustic21 hi! oh wow I'm so sorry to hear that...seeing as when I sold them they had only been worn a couple of times and everything was in tact and in good shape when I mailed them I can't take them back but I know L.L Bean has a great return policy that if you contact them they may allow you to swap them out?

caustic21 @swrlgrl105 Ll bean says there is nothing they can do since I don’t have a receipt or the name and address of the person that purchased the boots. Boots appeared to be in good shape when I received them but clearly were not when they fell apart the second time putting them on.
