littled87 Hello! What is your email? I believe I have to set up the account in your name with email and password and then you can sign into roku and reset the password..the account is currently under my name and email! If you email me I can set it up for you and then you can go into the account and change the password.

littled87 Okay! I called roku! And deactivated my account so they said all you have to do is create an account on roku and you’re all set! I’m sorry about that I didn’t know I needed to close my account 🤦🏼‍♀️
