sheglitter Hi Christina, the second charm I recieved is not authentic. Confirmed by my local Pandora store. It seems the bale area has been manipulated and worked on. It has a deep split in it and pandora does not have any openings on the bale. The charm could easily fall off. :(

prplgrl29 @sheglitter The pandora store is mistaken it is the real pandora. I do not purchase fake and I can go to the store I purchased from and get a proof of purchase because they keep all purchases on file. It was only worn maybe 2 times and has never been worked on or anything.

prplgrl29 If you look it up you can see charm or take it back to store again it’s the winter dangle. You will see that it is authentic. Or try actually calling pandora. In my experience the people who work at pandora have no knowledge about the actual products unfortunately

sheglitter @prplgrl29 I was wondering why it has a split in the bale is the reason I even took it there. They said sometimes ppl connect charms on different bales that may have broken off of another charm. I'm really afraid it may come open and I lose the charm all together.

sheglitter I'm not doubting you, I'm familiar with this charm. I love my first charm from you. It's not that big a deal just wanted you to know the slight flaw and what they told me.

prplgrl29 @sheglitter it was never attached to anything. I have never seen one attached to a bail that would not look right.

prplgrl29 Thank you for letting me know. Unfortunately pandora should fix the flaw for free if it bothers you or your worried about losing it. I work in retail and unfortunately the salespeople at the stores are not knowledgeable

sheglitter @prplgrl29 pandora is seamless. This one has a cut in it. If you rub your finger over it it scratches you. I'm surprised you never noticed. I will give it to my daughter she is a newbie. Since it wasn't extremely costly not going to make a big to do...
