Hi you purchased a coach bag from me. It was not fake to the best of my knowledge. Please return it if you feel unhappy with the bag. I do not understand you absolutely have the option to open a case before you accept a purchase. Please contact poshmark support to open a case post accepting. I explained and photographed everything in detail plus it was deeply discounted and shipped immediately. Not sure how to help you at this point but I would like to try.

@ohthatssocute its alright. what led me to strongly believe this bag is counterfeit is that the bag has no serial number/style number, typically found on the interior pocket. it was my mistake, since i didn’t ask for a photo, so don’t worry about it. i found a few other details about the bag that were a bit...off but not a dead giveaway for a fake. i can go into more detail, but there’s a character limit on the comment. if you have any further questions, feel free to ask.

@jitt3rbug I really am sorry in many years and over $10,000 in sales on posh I’ve never had a fake come up so I’d really like to do whatever I can to make it up to you. I was hesitant to sell that bag because it had some flaws even though it’s super cute and I’ve used it myself so I guess I should just listen to my gut Instinct anyway take a look at my closet if there’s something else you like I’ll make you a good deal on it OK I’ll give you a killer discount

@ohthatssocute i don’t worry too much about wear because usually you can get rid of the minor imperfections with a leather cleaner and conditioner. since it didn’t exactly clean, i’m speculating the material of the purse was vinyl or a synthetic leather. i restore these used purses, and either way i got the piece at a discount. dont worry about it! really. thank you so much for your kind follow up, though; i really appreciate it. take care!
