Hello! Thanks for your interest in the gorgeous BV bag. I just added a color swatch to the listing as some of photos came off a little blue-ish. The bag is of a creamy green color. Pls check again and hope you like this color!

@chicfadette Hello! I received my bag today 8/31. It is beautiful. As a collector, I was disappointed that the care card in the listing photo was missing, especially since you took care to include the original tissue paper & leather ribbon. I suspect that when the box was unpacked for authentication, it was misplaced. If you did include it, I will make an inquiry to see if I can get it. I am not going to dispute this purchase & will release the full payment.

@chicfadette Exactly! If they are going to offer this service, they have to be accountable to the seller and buyer to make sure the item is forwarded as originally packed.

@chicfadette I messed up. They made an offer of store credit and I countered but I did not realize that I should post the comment without hitting the refuse button. Ugh! I asked for the case to be reopened. If they don’t, I’m keeping the bag. Your sale was in good faith.

@chicfadette Hello. It does not appear that Poshmark is willing to try and locate the care card. In fact, they have not referenced it in any of their communication with me. I informed customer service that I would be keeping the bag and asked that they release the payment to you. Thank you and best of luck.

@ns107 Okay thanks for letting me know. I’m not happy with Poshmark. I sent customer service a note early on, and all I got was a general pre-written response. They made an inexcusable mistake. Didn’t take responsibility. Didn’t make an effort to fix it. Communicated poorly with the buyer and the seller. They take 20 per cent cut on every transaction and should have done a better job. This is the first time I used luxury authentication service. Obviously very disappointed.

@chicfadette Furthermore, if the bag was returned, you would have had to re-list it without the care card, decreasing it’s value for many people. That’s not fair to you as the seller. It’s just bad customer service all around.

I am so sorry, that the smell of the perfume from the purse, bothered you so much!
The purses function is usually, to keep items we need in it.
If this is more important for you, than the item condition,
I am willing to take back the purse, and return your money,
ergo you can erase the one star rating.
Not worthed to sell any items on very low price make you unhappy, plus getting low rates.
No need for further argument.

@mickata Hi. I appreciate your response and your offer to accept a return and will adjust my rating accordingly. However, I will properly dispose of the bag myself. I do not want it to be unknowingly resold to someone undergoing medical treatment such as chemotherapy as the strong smell could cause a neurological reaction. Please consider disclosing any and all smells associated with your items in the future.
