Hey you just bought some rustic cuff bracelets from me. Somehow I printed your label earlier and stuck it on a package and the mailman has already taken it. It actually has items meant for another person I contacted Poshmark support I'm not really sure what happens from here but I'm just letting you know

@cwaire yes it's a pair of Outdoor Research gloves. Like I said I'm not sure how it works but you'll probably have to send them back to me and they will send me out another shipping label to send you the to Rustic cuff bracelets. And I can't emphasize enough how sorry I am this is the first time this has happened to me 🤦

@cwaire I'm not really sure I got a hold of Poshmark support finally Friday. They were making sure I still had your items I replied yes and I haven't heard back. I'm not sure if their support just works Monday through Friday so if I don't hear anything Monday I will let you know.

@cwaire just go to the bottom of the purchasing screen it'll say problems or inquiries click that then select order not as described and it'll open up a case

@cwaire it's the screen that you can track all your orders from click our transaction go to the bottom of that screen it'll say problems/ order inquiries and then click the order is not as described and you can follow the steps through their it's pretty easy. All you have to say is that I switched the two orders. Poshmark will approve the return and send you a new shipping label through your email
