Years ago I was a hair model & they did my long blond hair in a “basket weave on top & beaded braids like Bo Derek! So cool! But when I went to work, (in fashion cosmetics, mind you), I was called up to the store mgr’s office & told to take it all out!😥 It was very intimidating.
