remingtonstyle Please consider changing the rating you left. It impacts My overall statistics which are very very good. I model size 8 clothing in the dress fits me perfectly so it is a true 8. If the fit is a little snug I apologize but that has nothing to do with my shipping time or quality of the product.

wallyswardrobe Hi. My head measures about 23" around the part wear Indian would wear a feather band. It has a very slight give to it but not much. It reminds me of the hats worn at Prince Harry's wedding. Hope that helps.
