I hadn’t had a soda for almost two years then came COVID and job loss , well started drinking soda and slowing gaining weight not realizing just how much . When sweat pants becomes your daily attire. So tossed soda out and drinking water with lemon for flavor again. Good luck , I’m sure you’ll reach your goal. Thank you again
