I shipped an item you just purchased yesterday and at first I received an email from Poshmark saying the address was wrong and it was coming back to me and now it says the item arrived to you already. I don't know how it could've made it that fast but I haven't received it back in the mail. Have you received any emails from Poshmark aboutvthe VS bra you purchased from my closet? I'm super confused!

cjones787700 @designerjewels hi, I did receive an email saying something was wrong and was going back to seller. Then I got a message saying it had been delivered to me which it had not. I emailed posh this morning and they sent a tracking number and when I looked it up it said it was delivered in Ohio which I'm in Va. I'm super confused as well.

designerjewels @cjones787700 ok I'll email them again as well. I sent something yesterday but got no response. And then nothing came back to me so I'm just like where is it?? Hopefully we'll get this all figured out soon!

cjones787700 @designerjewels Yes!! I will definitely keep an eye on the mail. I emailed them back and told them it was in Ohio and I was in Va. I'm sure the Bra is great but they wanted me to accept something I hadn't gotten lol. Sorry but No! I mean I would love to have it tho!!

designerjewels @cjones787700 ugh the USPS or Poshmark screwed up royally bc I never got a returned package yet and now it says it was delivered! I'm contacting Poshmark again! This makes no sense and I've never had this happen before.

happybeach Hi Crystal! I am so incredibly sorry but I’ve shipped you someone else’s order. A Madewell piece is coming in the mail. I’ve notified Poshmark about this because they’ll have to do a return for you. I’ve been on Posh for several years and never have I done that! When you get the package please let Posh know that the wrong item delivered so they can give you a no charge return label. I am incredibly sorry about this! I feel just sick

cjones787700 @happybeach Hi, its ok. This is the second time something has been shipped to me that wasnt mine. I dont have a way to print a return label as I only buy from Posh and not sell. Last time I had to pay 10$ to ship to the right person. I will call posh mark and see what can be done on my behalf as I wasnt offered any reimbursements!

happybeach @cjones787700 hi again! Poshmark doesn’t have a number, I believe, to contact on that I can find. They are pokey with responses so I don’t expect to hear from them today 🤦‍♀️ if you have access to email and a work printer you can print that way. The return label would just be in an attachment which you could always forward to your work email if that’s easier. Again I’m so sorry about this!
