fairfieldcm @831ayala thanks, I will. I know it’s usually no returns unless “item not as expected,” etc. that’s why I reached out to you directly first to see if we could resolve this. I didn’t know if contacting them would give you some sort of “ding?” Is this not something we can resolve between us?
