sroenicke10 @crvincent22 just got your rating and wanted to know why it was rated 3 out of 5 stars. It was completely brand new with tags. I wrote a thank you card and packages it well for you. Pictures uploaded of the dress and everything. If it was simply a fit issue that's not something I should be penalized for everything was brand new I'm just a little confused I put a lot of effort into making it the best it can be
