Your comment and rating are incorrect. The outside zippers DO open completely so the bag expands to be taller. ALL zippers unzip. They could be tight due to being new. Just unzip them! That is a $38 bag wholesale you got for $9!

@laneyvic68 not functional meaning, I thought when I unzipped the zippers I was going to have separate usable pockets and/or compartments....that is not the case. No biggie, just not what I expected. Thanks

The bag is modeled after the designer Chloe bag which was designed with those zippers to make the bag expandable not more pockets. I'm sorry you didn't recognize the similarity to the Chloe but wouldn't if not familiar with some of their past designs since they aren't made anymore. I hope you enjoy it anyway.
