catglasses Hi Crystal, The Clarks bag was shipped, tracked to your location and marked as delivered. I am sorry if your package was taken or lost but I have no control over packages after they are dropped off at the post office. I have contacted Poshmark and they have suggested that you contact them. I hope that you will reconsider the bad rating you gave me as I am an excellent, honest posher and had no part in you not getting your package. I hope you have a good evening.

fineanderson @catglasses I absolutely will change the rating! I did contact Poshmark. The system wouldn’t let me mark anything to indicate I hadn’t received because it had been more than five days. I also understand you can’t control what happens at the post office but I haven’t received the bag. I would like to hear back from Poshmark on how they resolve.

catglasses @fineanderson Thank you. I appreciate your response. Please let me know what the Poshmark response is. May I also suggest that you go to the post office and ask about it? I'm not sure that I still have the tracking # though. I will look. I don't think it is still shown on the sales page as it just says delivered now. I'm so sorry the package was lost or stolen. I hope Poshmark does something to help.

fineanderson @catglasses hey there. Just want to touch base as I have not heard from Poshmark so I sent another email. I also checked with the post office and they do not have. 🙄 I have posted a message to our neighborhood to see if a neighbor received. I haven’t forgotten about this just want to bring you up to speed.

catglasses @fineanderson Hi, on my sales page, the status of the bag says resolved, and I got a note from Poshmark saying that the bag is marked as lost and that your money has been refunded. I'm guessing that is probably the most Poshmark will do. I hope it shows up but if not, at least Poshmark has given you a refund. I hope you are having a great weekend. Thanks for touching base.😊
