theclosetny Hi! I'm so sorry about you receiving the wrong item. I had my assistant do my shipping (I was out of town) and they put the wrong label on. I can ship your TB booties out ASAP. I just need Poshmark to allow me to create a new label. It approved your return request so they should send you a label to return the dress. You can then cancel your order & if you would like I can create a new "listing" and send the booties out to you. I am so sorry for your disappointment. This is frustrating for me too

c_rivera22 @brokebbargains can you just use the original label they sent you? Very inconvenient that now I have to wait longer plus go to the Post office

theclosetny Because the original label was scanned & sent with the wrong product they won't let me use the original. I'm very sorry about all of this. If it makes it any easier for you, when you print the label Poshmark sent you, you can actually schedule a pick up through USPS's website under "mail & ship" and they will pick it up for you
