bookbee83 @citychic374 hi! This is whipped banana oatmeal, my fave❤️. Enjoy! 1/3 cup old fashioned oats 1/3 cup milk/almond milk/soy 1/2 cup water (you can add more to meet your desired consistency) 1/2 a banana, sliced 1 tbsp of brown sugar Pinch of kosher salt Vanilla, stirred in at end (about 1 tbsp) You can add whatever you’d like to at the end. My favorite is a heaping spoon of almond butter. I’ve also added chopped walnuts, apples, etc.

bookbee83 In a small saucepan, on a medium heat setting add in your water, milk ( I use almond milk) and rolled oats. Slice in a whole banana, leave your pot to heat up, once it begins to bubble, or steam up, begin to stir “whip” your bananas in vigorously.

bookbee83 The entire process should take 5 mins from start to finish. Once complete, take your pot off the heat, and stir in brown sugar, vanilla and salt. Hope you love it as much as I do😉. FYI, I adapted this recipe on Kath Eats, a health and lifestyle food blogger, love her. Best oatmeal ever!!!
