closetoptimist hi! so many weeks after you bought my item which was brand new with tags in perfect condition, which was my second time sending it to you, you gave me a 1-star review because I didnt give you a discount on the repurchase. you were FULLY refunded for the original purchase which was clearly damaged in the mail and misplaced. I sent our a replacement IMMEDIATELY upon realizing what happened. I have absolutely zero control over what happens in the mail

closetoptimist I would STRONGLY suggest that you remember what ACTUALLY happened and how helpful I was when we realized the package was tampered with. I gave you a 40% discount off the list price. you paid $25 and the dress was listed for $45. its actually amazing how ungrateful could you possibly be to give a 1-star review on a gorgeous, brand new item that you got a HUGE discount on. you need to SERIOUSLY rethink the 1-star

closetoptimist and if you wont, then other sellers need to be aware of your incredibly UNFAIR and SCAMMING mindset when you give unearned reviews. we work SO HARD for the 5 star reviews and to make our sellers happy. I have sold over 1,000 items all with 4-5 star reviews. I did everything I could think of to make you happy under the circumstances. I cant imagine giving someone a 1-star review for going ABOVE and BEYOND to correct a situation that was not their fault and completely out of their control.
