I'm so sorry that is mostly with that Cassie it's a long story but she has screwed me over twice now the first time was very rude then when she thought clearly and realize she would've gotten that only an amazing price out of me but two free gifts on top of it that she could take him back to Ulta for store credit she immediately brought me a hand written letter and now she's doing the same thing again and I already explained to her about the post office thing

She had already opened up a case against me with Poshmark which is understandable but not the way she went about it by calling me names etc. etc. instead of just asking is there missy? When she realize that I 100% admires to making a mistake and had intended on letting her keep the merchandise I sent her plus the intended make up offer for free she changed her tune

Then she wrote me a handwritten letter and I felt bad again and now it's been two days since her order and she's already worried I'm 'scamming' her instead of asking me hey where's my package etc. etc. she's writing on my main listing how 'worried' she is... I will always be honest with my buyers even if I don't look good

The point is i take this very seriously it's a side job for me and if I do it right I make very good money and I want to be a top 10% seller or make any money if I scammed or lied to buyers I really do enjoy having regulars and repeat buyers and in general of satisfied customers... I don't like drama or buyers who just won't ask me questions and accuse blame and write you every five minutes about their concerns like her sry again

Regardless of what you decide I'll make sure to throw in an urban decay the slick setting spray as a freebie for the wait time i'm so sorry I should've came to you yesterday and explained that this guy he's giving me the runaround he's always delivered however I have a feeling that he is trying to keep me on the hook and doesn't want me to cancel my order and the five pallets but has to wait until the truck with new shipmentscomes on Saturday

He always comes through but this time is just delay after delay after delay I know for a fact they get new shipments and restock on Saturdays and I feel like he's been trying to hold me off until then but he may actually have it tomorrow I don't know… I don't want you to have to pay for a shipment twice but I also I don't want you to have to wait anymore...

too faced is a little bit more expensive than my connections with tarte or urban decay however this time I ended up getting a pretty decent deal on the four pallets if I cancel I don't know if I'll get as good of a deal aka I won't be able to give you as good of a discount

Hi. This is Annie— Bailey was very adamant about wanting to work with you. I’m currently trying to keep her closet in order however I am afraid I am lagging behind. She had on surgery Friday it was very short notice but the sciatica pain she was experiencing from her back injury was causing some permanent nerve damage so they had to go in and had actually cut and ‘fry’ the nerve endings off or she was going to have some physical long-term damage as well as nerve damage.

Her right leg has starting to involuntarily turn inwards anf she walked with a slight limp. We are hopeful the nerve surgery will negate and resolve any permanent damage. we were prepared for surgery just not quite that soon. Anyways, she asked me to take over the closet while she was recovering but that she wanted to work with you.
