apathetic_mess Thank you for your purchase and your rating. I see you’re not satisfied with the used condition of your item. I assure you, all of my items are shipped out only if they’re clean. I would’ve loved to have just thrown the boots in the wash, however, they’re suede leather; it would’ve absolutely ruined them.

apathetic_mess Other than the worn spots on the toe tips they appeared to have been visibly clean. If by improvement in “item cleanliness” you are referring to these spots, these are un-washable since they’re simply marks of causal wear and tear, seeing as the boots are preowned and used—as noted in the listing. Once again, sorry you’re unhappy with your purchase. Have a nice night!

cdawn65 @apathetic_mess I’m not unhappy with my purchase at all. I did give you four stars. In my estimation one star is completely unhappy, two is somewhat unhappy, three is satisfied, four is happy, five is thrilled and perfect condition. They make you choose a category for improvement. The wear is what it is. I wasn’t upset or dissatisfied. I like the boots and thank you. :) Hope this explains my rating. :)

ola_s_ hi Crystal, i’m so sorry that the knit sweater you bought from my closet wasn’t what you were hoping for. i’ve worn the sweater multiple times without a problem, have hung it to air dry, and haven’t noticed any shrinking in it. vintage items come with some quirks, though, and the one i noticed here is the tight neckline, but once it’s on it’s always been a cute tight, semi-cropped sweater. again, i do apologize and hope you have a nice day
