You have sent me TWO MESSAGES previously, with the clear offer on sh charges: 1. I lowered the price to get you 4.99 shipping. 2.I lowered the price to trigger 3.99 shipping. Yet, you still charged the full shipping. I thought the shipping is something you, as a seller control- as it was not an under 12 $ item. Am I wrong? My hopes were based on your word. 😔
