andreagail64 Hi I am Andres. You purchased the multi-colored high heels from me. I want to let you know why the delay in shipping. I have been moving and my inventory to another spot and it has. been chaos. I haven't located the shoes yet but I intend to finish up with logging my inventory tomorrow and I will locate them and send them out tomorrow. Thank you for your patience.

andreagail64 Hello I have not located these high heels yet. I am going out of my mind wondering what the heck happened with these. What has really got me boggled is that I cannot even find them on my inventory location list. Doesn't make any sense. This is not your problem. I cannot apologize enough for this. I do have a couple of scenarios running through my mind but am not ready to address them with the folks who sometimes fill orders for me if I am sick or out with of town.

I can cancel the order and refund you or I can offer you something else in place of these heels. I am willing to let you choose 30 worth of merchandise in my closet to make good on this unfortunate mishap?
