Hi crystal- wasn’t sure how to reach out to you. You recently offered to buy my Tumi backpack. When I was packing it, I noticed a slight stain in the inside of the pocket and wanted to offer you at a lower price if you’re still interested.

Hi, I just purchased a pair of Steve Madden Wedge boots from you. The boots are 1) Damaged and 2) not Wide Calf. Disappointed to say the least, especially since you charged $50 for them. Oh, and the used socks in the toes was not a great touch either. I will be staying far away from this Posher!

@afjeldheim 1) the boots are USED. 2) they we’re shipped in great undamaged condition. 3. You didn’t ask a single question regarding their width or any detail. 4. They are MARKETED by Madden as WIDE.
Im happy to take them back - once I receive them in the condition I shipped in only after I see I can see photos of what you claim are damaged??

@crystallioness I am not sure how to get pictures to you unless you share your email. The rubber heels of the boots are shown to be completely intact in the pictures, when in reality, both have come off, causing damage to the leather of the heel. The insoles of the boots themselves also came out when I removed the pool noodles and the used socks. The boots may be wide in the actual foot, but they are not wide calf. I would be happy to send you pictures if provided an avenue to do so.
