vickiplank Hi you just purchased a Vera Bradley bag from me. I am so sorry I never noticed any worn spots on the bag at all. I am new at this and have really tried to be diligent in not posting anything that wasn’t in good shape. Please send the bag back and I will refund your money and pay the return postage.
