polkadots1 hi i swear to you this was mailed. I went to the po today because I have 9 other pkgs in the same situation and they told me if I didn't like the service to go somewhere else. I can get you the tracking number if you want and maybe you can look on your end to see if there is any update? might work coming from another po? not sure. im very sorry

crys7573 @polkadots1 Hi I am inquiring on my order I see you made a label and tracking number on July 27. But has not been mailed nor scanned via USPS yet. Have you mailed this out ?

polkadots1 @crys7573 yes it went out next day. the po here said it won't scan until delivery day but its been 2 weeks and its not registering. I filed a claim online and am waiting for a response. if it is not showing by tomorrow I will refund you and then when it comes you can do what you like with it. I have canceled 4 orders on a diff site because of this issue. I am at a loss as far as what to do. thank you for checking for me

polkadots1 @crys7573 I can probably find the confirmation from the po from the day they did porch pickup. it might have a code on it. I do porch pickup 5 days a week and send out lots of pkgs. after I asked our mailman to scan items in he got mad and now none of them are .

crys7573 @polkadots1 I’m not sure what state you are in but USPS has to scan every package they pick up and every package delivered. I work for the Postoffice and this is mandatory by every carrier.

crys7573 @polkadots1 I got my informed delivery today it shows that package is out for delivery today. That is crazy I’ve never seen it go through each processing plant without any scans. I’ll let you know as soon as I receive it. Thanks so much for your time and sorry for all the confusion
